How to join CarrotCraft

The fastest way - play in your browser

Nothing to download, nothing to install, no Mojang account:

1. Open the play page.
2. Pick a version - 1.8.8 for the lightest, smoothest experience, 1.12.2 for newer blocks and items.
3. Pick a client - WASM is faster and recommended; JavaScript is the compatibility fallback.
4. Wait for the first load to finish. It caches, so next time is much quicker.
5. Choose a username when prompted. The client connects to CarrotCraft on its own - there's no address to enter.

Using your own Eaglercraft client

Already have an Eaglercraft client you like? Point it at us:

1. Open your client and click Multiplayer.
2. Click Add Server.
3. Name it CarrotCraft (or anything else).
4. Paste wss://eagler.carrot-craft.org as the address - the wss:// prefix is required.
5. Save and double-click the entry to join.

Make sure your client's version matches - a 1.8 client needs the 1.8 world, a 1.12 client the 1.12 one. More detail on the server IP page.

Joining from Java Edition on PC

1. Launch Minecraft Java Edition - anything from 1.8 to the current release works.
2. Click Multiplayer, then Add Server.
3. Enter java.carrot-craft.org as the server address. No prefix, no port.
4. Click Done, then join.

Joining from Bedrock Edition

Console, mobile and Windows 10/11 players use the Bedrock address:

1. Open Minecraft and go to Play → Servers.
2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Add Server.
3. Enter bedrock.carrot-craft.org with the default port 19132.
4. Save and join.

Once you're in

Pick a gamemode from the lobby - Survival, Skyblock, Practice or Pitfall. If anything goes wrong, our Discord is the fastest place to get help; you can open a ticket and staff will pick it up.
